Our Manufacturing Facility
State-of-the-art production lines dedicated to PV connection components in Dongguan, China
Our manufacturing facility in Chang'an Town, Dongguan is purpose-built for the research, development, and production of photovoltaic connectors, junction boxes, and cable assemblies. The factory features automated production lines, precision injection molding equipment, cable extrusion machinery, and comprehensive testing laboratories.
Quality is embedded at every stage of our production process. From incoming raw material inspection through in-process quality checks to final product testing, our ISO 9001 quality management system ensures consistent product quality and reliability. Each product batch undergoes electrical performance testing, mechanical endurance testing, and environmental aging tests before shipment.
Our dedicated R&D team continuously develops new products and improves existing designs to meet evolving market demands, including higher voltage ratings, improved weather resistance, and enhanced safety features for next-generation PV systems.
