Treasun photovoltaic connectors have been verified to be compatible with most mainstream photovoltaic connectors on the market, including Staubli MC4 and Amphenol H4 series. However, we do not recommend intermixing connectors from different manufacturers, as this may compromise electrical safety and void certifications.

Treasun 1500V DC connectors feature PPE/PA insulation, rated voltage 1500V DC, current ratings from 20A to 65A, contact resistance under 0.25mΩ, IP68 waterproof sealing, UL94-V0 flame retardant housing, and operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. Cable sizes and configurations can be customized for your project requirements.

Standard Treasun connectors are rated at 30A, with high-current variants supporting up to 50-60A terminals. Please refer to individual product datasheets for exact specifications of each model.

Treasun 1000V and 1500V connectors are mechanically compatible and can be plugged into each other. However, a 1000V connector should never be used to replace a 1500V connector in a 1500V system — the voltage is too high and can cause connector damage, circuit malfunction, or fire hazard over time.

Under normal operating conditions, Treasun TUV/UL certified connectors typically have a service life of 25 years, matching the expected lifetime of most photovoltaic modules.

Treasun connector housings use high-performance PPO (PPE) plastic with UL94-V0 flame retardant rating. Conductor stamping parts are made of tin-plated copper, and machined solid cores use nickel-plated brass for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance.

The recommended installation torque is 1.8–2.5 N·m. Insufficient torque may cause loosening and increased contact resistance, while excessive torque may damage the rubber sealing components. Please verify the applicable torque based on your actual installation conditions.

Treasun junction boxes provide IP65 to IP68 protection ratings, high-temperature resistant housing, optional bypass diodes, and compatibility with 1000V or 1500V PV modules. They feature a 2-rail design suitable for both thin film and standard photovoltaic modules. Diode configuration, cable length, and potting material can be customized for OEM production.

Treasun Y-cable harnesses are rated for 1500V DC (1000V versions also available), using PPE/TPE insulation with IP67/IP68 sealing. Available in Y-type, T-type, cross-type and fused configurations, with trunk connectors supporting up to 450A. Cable length, connector type, wire gauge and branch configuration can be fully customized.
